Vintage 1925? Coleman L427 Quick Lite Brass Camping Lantern Click images to enlarge Description Here is a Vintage Coleman Gas Camping Lantern Model L427. This lantern only has one date number (5) under the Coleman logo on the side of the fount. I am assuming that it dates to 1925 based on the model. This lantern is in fair condition. There is a dent in the vent cap and a couple small dents on the side of the fount. No globe or shade included. The burner tubes and generator are highly polished and the fount may have been clear lacquered. This lantern has not been used in a very long time and looks it was used as a decor/display piece. I did not attampt to polish it. It is mechanically complete but working condition is unknown.
