Direct sow seeds ½-1″ deep and 1’ apart in rows 12″ apart. Thin to about 2″ apart about 2 weeks after germination. SPROUTING INSTRUCTIONS: Put 1 teaspoon, or up to 1 tablespoon of seeds in a quart jar, add enough water to cover the seeds and let soak for 12-24 hours. Drain, rinse, drain again and let sit for 12 hours. Drain and rinse every 12 hours until sprouted. Then put your sprouts in the refrigerator and rinse/drain every other day.
