Comes with tent, fly, gear loft, 10 stakes, 3 poles, guy lines w/ tensioners, repair cloth and three bags. No holes, rips, tears, zippers are fine and no funky smells. Only used this a few times and I take care of my gear. There is no “ground sheet” but the floor is pretty tough by itself. Other than a few dirty spots it’s like new. Everything only weighs 4lb 15oz.
