Ball Blue (maybe just a touch more Green) Quart Wan -Eta Cocoa Product Mason Canning Fruit jar. This is Redbook # 2909. It is strongly embossed on the face Wan -Eta Cocoa Boston. The recessed base is strongly embossed with a 6 inside the valve circle. This jar was most likely made for this company by Ball. This is a shoulder seal style jar. The Zinc lid is embossed Ball in script with an attached underline on the exterior with a perfect white porcelain liner that is not embossed on the interior. The smooth lip is in great condition with some tiny flea bite nips on the edges (probably from the original manufacturing), otherwise the jar is chip, crack and ding free. There are some minor scratches expected for a jar that was used for canning. The jar has several seed bubbles as well as some larger ones, an old runny window glass look, and strongly raised side seams that add to the character of this jar. You see a bunch more of the Amber jars from this company than you do these Blue ones. The last picture is for color comparison to a Ball Blue Quart. You are ONLY bidding on the jar on the RIGHT.
