Fly is in need of repair, the clear window has come loose and is included. The hook and loop attachments on the inside of the fly have come loose. Some of the seam seal tape shows wear and age. Includes footprint and stakes. Tent has been in storage and has some odor from the waterproofing and nylon, typical with tents in storage.
