This old “Canning Board” measures about 16″ x 12″ x 7/8″ and provides pressure canner directions for canning various vegetables including: asparagus, snap beans, lima beans, carrots, corn, pumpkin squash, and sweet potatoes. In its lower right corner is: CCI (apparently, its maker?). Photos provided show an expansion/contraction crack near the board’s middle between two, glued sections of the board.
