New, you will have to put it together once it is together all you will need is 10 frames of your bees installed in bottom box. you will receive 2 boxes one box with bee hive and one box for the flow hive. Yes the key the 7 plastic frames and tubes are included. once in a while they may ship separately if you only get one box don’t worry the other will come. The pictures are what you will get only not put together and only one set. please be patient shipping takes more time with what is going on.
