Instructions for Use:- Rinse 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon Seeds & Remove any floating items and/or debris.- Place into a Pint or Quart Jar (depending on quantity) along with 1/4 – 1/2 cup cool water and soak for 4 hours. Cover with sprouting / mesh screen for ease of straining.-Drain all water from the seeds and place jar over a bowl or at an angle for air to circulate and remaining water to evaporate. Leave for 8 hours, then rinse and drain again.-Rinse and Drain 2-3 times per day, sprouts will form after 3 days. When tails show, move container to indirect light to produce green leaves. Do not place in direct sun.-Rinse and Drain 2-3 times per day for 2-3 more days, or until sprouts are 3 inches in length.-Once desired length is achieved, drain thoroughly, remove hulls, and enjoy right away. Transfer remaining sprouts to a covered container for storage. Will keep when refrigerated for at least a few days.
